  Not all tax professionals are created equally. I had an awful experience. It took months to correct an error that was made on their behalf. The stores manager never returned my calls except extremely late in the evening and left a voice message for a call beck which was not answered till months later. The reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the manager Erin King paid for my previous year taxes and personally mailed it which she was a half hour late for our appointment. I will never come back to this location nor will I recommend this location. Extremely unprofessional.
